Delete Your Tonnage Account
Tonnage (developed by Blake Martin) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
1. Email support@tonnageapp.com
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Tonnage account
3. Include the email address associated with your Tonnage account in the body of the message
We will process your request within 7 days and send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account credentials (email and authentication record)
- All workout data, routines, history, and personal records
- All body composition logs (weight, body fat percentage)
- All synced health metrics (heart rate, activity, sleep, recovery data) stored in your account
- All app settings and preferences associated with your account
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data is retained
We may retain a minimal record of your deletion request (your email address and the date of deletion) for up to 30 days after deletion is processed, solely to:
- Confirm the deletion request came from the account owner
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Prevent fraud
After 30 days, even this record is permanently deleted.
